I’ve been using the Sterling Key to connect touchscreens via Bluetooth in three adjacent rooms, and I was concerned that all devices shared the same default name—making it hard to tell which was which. I reached out to the developer, and he quickly responded with a beta firmware allowing custom device names.

Even better, this feature was officially included in the latest firmware version (v2.0.1).

This update was shared through the forum with a simple command and firmware upload—super fast and incredibly reliable. I really appreciated the responsiveness and the care taken to address my exact use case.
