Re: Question around keyboards with mouse layers
Hey! No worries. Do you have discord maybe? It will probably be faster to troubleshoot it together there https://discord.gg/kBXkXdJrqQ You need Chrome or Chromium-based browsers, or Opera, indeed. Could you try another cable? It shouldn't matter whether the SterlingKey is on or off, and shouldn't ma...

Re: Question around keyboards with mouse layers
I just remembered. I had another user 2 weeks ago on Discord report the ZSA Voyager's built-in mouse compatibility. I have fixed it, but I have not yet release that firmware. However you should be able to use the test firmware. On the same `updater` page, click on Connect below Program, and on the C...

It's probably the same issue since it didn't happen now. It doesn't happen all the time, and it only affects a few devices. I.e. Charach...

Re: Intermittent disconnection from Logitech mouse over USB receiver
Hey! Sorry to hear you're having issues. Just to verify, does it happen at random? How often does it happen? Is it just like frozen? All receive power, and all seem connected, but it just does nothing? To make sure, could you turn on logs and have them running in the background and then send them to...
